Requirements for the Contractual Guarantee

To continue receiving the contractual guarantee pay, you must satisfy the following requirements:

• Maintain active daily communication with the Sales Manager. If you do not call or communicate with the Sales Manager, you will not receive the $200.00 daily contractual guarantee for that day.
• Visit every lead assigned to you that comes from our marketing team.
• Contact the Sales Manager when you arrive at the appointment, during the appointment if you have questions or require assistance, and before you leave the appointment.
• To receive daily contractual pay, you must have a new sale each day M–F or add 35 new businesses into the CRM nightly, that you physically walked into to introduce our company that same day and took a picture of the business card, a picture of the current payment system, or write down what kind it is and get the owner’s name and email. Or at minimum you must provide owner’s name, email, phone, address, and a picture of you at the business showing you were physically there. All above info must be entered and attached into CRM nightly, along with any notes gathered from the visit to help us complete a future appointment.

ATTENTION: If you do not have any assigned leads for a day, you are required to actively prospect business-to-business and generate interested prospects, potential closes, and additional businesses for your pipeline for that day.

If you do not complete the above requirements, you will not be eligible for the $200.00 contractual guarantee for that day.
